Would you be interested in these values?
I'm thinking of starting a website and plotting stress vs. strain graphs of various non-engineering materials such as cheese, lettuce, paper, ice, etc. What do you think?

Wow! Then you could find out who's string cheese is really the stringiest. Perhaps the folks in the manufactured food business would be interested in your data. I'm having a hard time imagining why regular folks would want engineering data on non-engineering materials. "This bread is so light and fluffy you could actually use it to insulate your home!" Perhaps, "Scientific tests prove our T.P. wipes the longest and can't possibly be torn anywhere except along the perforations."

It's a very good idea because it would be use full in things like cake building or something like that.
... Cheese sculptures.
My money would be on Cheddar for best tensile strength of cheese.
Although string cheese is probably built for that sort of thing.

youthful’s Modulus is the RATIO of rigidity and rigidity - a immediately LINE on a graph interior LIMITS. rigidity is rigidity / section and rigidity is EXTENSION over unique length. while a rigidity is utilized to a attempt SPECIMEN that rigidity acts over a community and the corresponding rigidity is rigidity/UNIT section ( like 20N/m^2 OR 20N/1m^2) – hence rigidity is rigidity in line with element of a million UNIT. Now on your element………………….supplies are oftentimes ELASTIC to a pair degree except very brittle. using such elasticity a specimen might tend to return to its unique length if subjected to an utilized rigidity regardless of the undeniable fact that , IF that rigidity be such as to pass previous the supplies elastic features it STRETCHES hence suffering a alleviation in section as a consequence. To much less section and an identical rigidity the rigidity rises. to look at a Graph exhibiting youthful’s Modulus it could seem to boost yet “E” is the SLOPE of the line (ratio) that's persevering with over the supplies shrink of proportionality.

I would imagine there is quite a spread amongst the tensile strength of various cheeses.

Yes, I would like to see what you propose.
