Yes call animal control! These dogs are dangerous to other animals and are obviously not being controlled. You may want to fence off an area for your mom's dog and go out with her on leash just in case the dogs get into your yard while she is out, at least until the neighbor's dogs are either properly contained or gone. If you see them while you're out with her, grab her and get inside as fast as you can. Try to hide her under your shirt so they cannot see her. Do not turn your back on them and do not stare at them. Try to walk sideways so you can see them and where you are going without exposing your back or appearing threatening. Be very careful as many dogs will attack a human that interferes with it when it is attacking another creature. I would recommend a can of mace made for use against dogs. MAKE SURE IT SAYS FOR DOGS!!! Your neighbors can actually sue you for harming their dog if the mace is not made for dogs. I have provided a link to purchase some. You can always look for a better price (actually this price is not bad) but this will allow you to see what it is. I hope things work out for you.

*** In regards to your update: They may check for licenses. Unfortunately you only have two real options right now. Either get licenses and call AC or risk losing your dog to the neighbor's dogs. You can get a temporary license and save up the money if that is the issue. Generally a temporary licese lasts for three months. Well, there is also a third option but it costs more than the licensing. You could redo the fence so that the dogs cannot come over or under it. You could even ask your neighbor's to pay half of it since it is in their best interest as well to have the fence redone. ***

Call animal control, or even the police if you have to. Awhile back there were two large dogs wandering around our property, wounded and bleeding in our driveway and my dad had to call the police because our animal control guy sucks and was too lazy to come out.

Definately call animal control. If their dogs are jumping the fence and the neighbors know this is happening they should have the dogs chained up!
It is definately and offense for their dogs to be coming into your yard uninvited.

Your poor small dog - that sucks that she has to live with the terror of the neighbor's dog.

first off try to resolve the matter with the dogs owner. is there a fence that is broken? what was the resolution with the dead rabbit?

if not then get the animal control to do something about it. you shouldnt have to live in fear of you pets getting hurt on your own back yard.

You really need to call Animal Control and get that dog as far away from your property as possible.

Okay listen I know ur scared to let them out and I understand but I would tell ur parents to walk to the neighbors and tell them something and warn them that if they don't do something with the dog u will call animal control and find a new home for it

yes definitely call animal control, or even your local police. If their dog is a threat to you and your animals, and keeps coming on to your property and causing damage, you should file a report on it. That way, if they dont do anything with their dog, the animal control or police dept. will make them.

Why would theycheck your animals? call animal control and tell them there are viscious animals living next door to you and they are scaring you. Your rabbits don't have to be registered.

i would call the police or animal control and report it. Nothing can be done until the problem has been reported.
