Tell the story about the train robber that got his arm cut off with the bag of money. He wonders the woods at night looking for his arm. WHO's got my arm? WHOOO's got my arm? Then when it gets quiet you listen for him. Hopefully you will hear an owl (did you hear that) Who Who's got my arm. Then you grab the closest person and say - HAVE YOU GOT MY ARM. - That story is fun if told right
Most tents can be moved by pulling the stakes. pull the stakes and turn the door to another direction.

Fake Snake in someone's sleeping bag or bed is always a good one. They will be paranoid for the rest of the trip about snakes.

Pour melted candle wax on the zipper of the tent or sleeping bag. It'll make it hard to get out, but will cause no permanent damage

After someone tells a scary story about a person (with a name), you wait a few hours until it gets really quiet. You are just laying there and you scream that person's name out as loud as you can. Then just sit there and act like nothing happened. People will freak out.

Dump syrup or fish all over your friends' tent, then watch in amusement as they wake up in the middle of the night surrounded by bears.

I love to wait until everyone is settled down, then quietly go off, and come back behind people and scary them.
