I know what you mean, my tropical fish lost a fin in a freak accident so I tried to replace it with fish fingers - they were far too big for him.

You should have used potato jackets instead of jacket potatoes. These are much stronger & hold up better in a court of law.

I do sympathise.I once bought some teabags, intending to put my spare baked beans in.Imagine my surprise when i found they were full of old, dead, plant material!

If you are a potato yes. The jacket is to fit the potato not you. It is a disposable jacket. Didn't you read the label - Discard after one use.

Yes!!!! You can sue anyone anyplace anytime in the USA.

The question you should be asking is “Will I win?”.

The answer to that is probably “yes”. If you can explain your case well. Now you will only probably win commentary damages but no punitive.

The bottom line. You will send more in court fees then what you will get back for a lawsuit.

Well, no offense but that would be kind of pointless. It's not really that big a deal. Those come for like i dont know 3 to 5 bucks or something and that would be alot of work

Maybe it was the cotton that you used that made it rot....Potatoes skin is usually SO strong.
