I mean found this out while you were still engaged to them, as far as you know?
This happened to me a few Christmases ago and I want to see how prevelant this is.

This happened to me and my ex-boyfriend, we were not engaged, but still very much so dating. He is Muslim (from Turkey), and one day he just up and got married in Turkey to a woman he had never met before. I learned about it through the grapevine. Broke my heart,... :(

It's very tough. I told my boyfriend that I was married before and he was very hurt by it. It almost broke us up, but I guess he put me very high on his pedestal and finally saw that I'm not perfect too. It made us more stronger after that but I will never forget how hurt he was when he found out.
