for what? it would be too expensive and what would be the gain. if you are looking for something to detect motion then simple motion sensors are available

To propel them? No. Piezos don't displace far enough to do that. Could you generate a teensy-weensy bit of electrical current this way? Yes, maybe in the milliamp range over an entire bed surface. It would be pretty costly to do so, however. I wouldn't pursue this idea if I were you.
