Well, the first thing that you want to do is find out if the person likes you too. If you're brave, just ask. If you're not, tell your friends and eventually word travels so he'll get the message, if he likes you back, he'll tell you! Also, you can flirt and stuff. Find out more about him, like, does he have a girlfriend or what? Find out what kind of girls does he like. If you've come to realize that he does like you, then go for it, ask him out if he doesn't ask you out. If there's one thing I learned about boys, it's that a lot of them are way too shy to make the move! You're young so experiment you know, have experiences, but most importantly learn from your experiences. If this experience goes right, then you know your method is effective, if you're too shy, change yourself, learn more about yourself. If the experience wa horrible, learn, not what you could've improved on and most importantly, don't give up hope in love! Go get em tiger!!!
