you'll need the density.

mass[kg] = density [kg/m^3] x volume [m^3]

1 tonne = 1000 kg

There are two types of density and you may need to know the second one for your project. A material will have a density, but many of those items in bulk, will have a lesser combined density because of the air space. For instance apples will have a density close to water, but a barell full of apples will be a mix of apples and air. There are tables showing the BULK DENSITY of many agricultural products and other bulk items and mixtures.
