I Iunchecked main toolbar in view toolbars menu item in internet explorer, How Can I get it back?

Right click on any blank space at the top of your screen(like next to your open tabs). A menu drops down. Put a check next to the toolbar you want. See if that does it.

Go to Start, Control Panel,Network and Internet Connections, Internet Options...
Then you can set your toolbars back up.
