Pete Miller's, Joe's Seafood (they have great steaks, too), McCormick and Schmicks, Rocco's Little Italy, Gene anad Georgetti are some of the restaurants I've been to that serve excellent steaks and seafood.

I would go to Wildfire downtown. They have great steak and seafood and it is much more affordable than most other downtown steakhouses and they still have a great atmosphere and incredible food! One of the best steaks I have ever had for the price! They even have a filet mignon trio for only like $28!

Gibson's is a very good choice, so is Ditka's. Went to both 2 years ago on a business trip and the food was excellent, Service outstanding as well. Coach Ditka is usually upstairs in the lounge throwin' back and smoking cigars.

I love Grand Lux Cafe. It's similar to Cheesecake Factory but less crowded and a little bit more formal. (On Michigan Avenue)
