what was all that about? no cockney's i've ever met or spoken with have ever used such a flabagastingly crass expression.... help me please .... what does it mean ?

It's chimmerny not chimmery and it's meant to be a cockney singing the word chimney. Unfortunately there are very few genuine cockneys around (loads of Londoners, but you have to be born within the sound of Bow bells to be a true cockney). So it's hard to distinguish a true cockney accent. And Dick van driver or whatever his name was that sang that song, was a terrible actor with a lesser ability at cockney accents.
But what a charming film eh?

It don't mean anything its just a silly Disney song
