i think you can stillget sore thoarts, even though you have had them removed.. why don't you go and your gp.

It is possible to get tonsillitus again once you have had yoru tonsils removed. In some cases the tonsils grow back partially or completely.
During the healing process, it is possible to still get it as I have had it when I got mine removed.

NO! IT's impossible. You could get a bacterial infection in your throat though..but no tonsils....no tonsillitus

noooo!! how would that be possible. I used to suffer with tonsillitus then i had my tonsills out 7 years ago and i have'nt had a sore throat since! I did get laryingitus though but thats to do with your vocal cords!

Yes it is. The reason they don't remove people's tonsils these days is because they have found they partially grow back, to leave "tonsil stumps". You can get tonsilitis on these - and I should know as I've had it twice this year, and been prescribed antibiotics by the doctor twice for it - both times on my stumps.

no u cant if u dont have tonsils but i did here once ur tonsils can grow back if thats true then watch out

Tonisilitis is inflammation of the tonsils.
No tonsils, no tonsilitis.
