A couple years ago I contracted a virus from a dog that gave the same symptoms. You really need to let a doctor check you out.

I urge you to see a medical Doctor asap. A month is a long time to have your problem. Your Doctor needs to find the cause of the problem in order to decide, with you, a cause of action to halt and remedy the problem. Your body may be seriously deficient in the required nutrients after all this time.
People on this site, however well-meaning, can only guess as they don't know your medical history, symptoms, family history, etc.
Good luck and I hope you find a solution and get well soon.

A month. You need to see a doctor. It can be anything from bacteria to IBS to a food (e.g., lactose or gluten) intolerance to colon cancer.

it might be a form of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). I would see a doctor about it - especially since there could be a serious underlying cause of your problems.
