Life is too short to not be happy. If there is a way to correct whatever is wrong both parties should work at making things better. However, if there really is nothing that can be done to correct the problem there is no point to sticking around and being unhappy. In a truly loving relationship you should want your partner's happiness even over your own - if that mean letting them go then it is the best thing to do.

Sometimes people are unhappy because they do not understand each other and they only need to try harder.
Sometimes people don't look well before they jump in and so by the time they realise what they got themselves into, then the only option is to leave.
Sometimes you need to leave because your partner is an abuser, many women have that issue with men, he the abuser, she the victim.

i see your point, i mean we stay in a job when were not happy, and we stay in a town if were not happy, i think its cuz nowadays its easier to walk out of a relationship than it used to be.

that's what i think! i think we need to try harder to work things out instead of dropping what could be a great relationship just cuz the road gets a lil bumpy
