I think you should treat yourself and go to a barber. You can be sure of the results and no nicks or razor burns.Ask barber for tips on keeping up your new look. You need to be good to yourself and this is a good place to start.

It would probably only hurt if you if you cut it. I would buzz the head first and then shave it. They have razors out there that have wires over the blades and reduces the chance of nicking. I like Silk Effects by Schick

No...it doesn't hurt to have your head shaved. Not that I have had mine shaved, but I have been the lady on the end of the clippers buzzing all that hair off.
If it hurt, do you really think a ton of men would sit there and allow a women to get her jollies off all the squealing? LOL
No..buzz it off, it won't hurt.........

No it doesnt hurt. Do it all at once. Make sure you have 2 mirrors if you are doing it by yourself, that way you won't miss anything on the back of your head.

It doesn't hurt. At least it shouldn't hurt. Use good clippers to clip it all off first, then use a few new razors and shaving cream.

Just be very careful (ask someone to do it for you) not to nick yourself. Otherwise I don’t think it should hurt you. And you can do it all at once (I shaved my roommate’s once and it worked out fine.)

YOU CAN CUT IT ALL AT ONCE BUT ONCE YOU CUT IT IT WILL BURN IF YOU PUT ALCHAHOL ON IT THOUGH BUT IT SHOULDNT HURT IF YOU DO IT RIGHT
