Most narcotic stimulants exit your system in about 72 hours. However, what people don't realize is that the body is like a sponge and can only filter out so much in a given time. So a habitual crack cocaine user will have the drug in their system much longer than 72 hours because the continuous use creates a "backlog" in the filtering. I should point out that another way to answer your question is to point out that "moderately" smoking crack stays in your system for life. Not only is it addictive, but all of us have to own up to the things we've done eventually. Everything catches up with you. Why don't you let this hobby of yours go and pick up something that you will be a little more proud of years down the road. Good luck.

Crack is not going to just clear out of your system, when you continue to use it. If you are asking how long before you can be tested and pass the test, that's a different question. There is really no such thing as moderately using crack. Your brain will fry, and you will be scrambling for the money to buy the crack. When you cannot come up with the money, you will be stealing and lying to get the money. If you really believe that you only use it moderately, and are not hooked on crack.......try staying off of it for a couple of months. Really, try it. I do not write this to be nasty.................I write it because I know of so many people who have lost their families, friends, freedom, and lives, to what they considered a moderate use of crack. I don't want that to happen to you.

Cocaine clears the system within 72 hours of use. That is part of the reason why drug tests are a joke (Marijuana can last a month but cocaine flushes almost immediately) and crack babies were not about crack but rather about the care (or lack there of) crack addicted mothers took when pregnant.
