I can honestly say that I have never felt this way before. Before him I dated someone for 5 years and I delt with that okay. I was with him ( my recent ex) for a few months and I couldn't get out of bed for days. And I of course did the typical girl thing and tried to be friends but he would say that he couldn't talk to me, it's too hard. He started being really hot and cold with me. We broke up because he couldn't balance his responsibilities as a dad (his two boys, I do not have any) and his responsibilities as a boyfriend. I of course didn't make it any easier, but I just wanted time with him. I just don't want to think about him anymore.

don't let him see that you can't get over him it will make him big headed trust me but you have too kids are more important than any girlfriend i'm sorry if i'm sounding harsh but it's true would you put your b/f before kids no i wud'nt get over him and get a life and try and find a b/f without any baggage because baggage gets in the way of commitment and relationships

I am sorry about it happened to you. You said you already deal with it by different guy and now you can do it again. If you want him back, try your best to leave him alone for a while, maybe months. Once he forgot about you then you can try contact him and surprise him then he could change his mind and have you back.

aww..you have to give yourself time. You need to get focused on a hobby or spend more time with friends and family.
Do you have anything that reminds you of him? Get rid of it. Seriously, if you want to get over him, then its best to get rid of anything that reminds you of him.
