PBUH stands for Peace be upon him. We Muslims say this when referring to any of the Prophets (Muhammad, Moses, Abraham, Jesus, etc.)
You may also see SAW after instead of PBUH. This stands for Salallahu Alayhi Wa-salaam, and is the Arabic translation of Peace be upon him.

"Peace Be Upon Him"
It is a phrase used by Muslims out of respect for a great prophet. Muslims always use this phrase when referring to Mohammed, Moses, Abraham, Jesus, or any other great prophet of Islam.
