My gf of less than a month broke up w/ me, and one of her reasons was she has stuff she has to keep to herself, and doesnt like lying about it. Another reason was she doesnt think I'll like her for long. Is there any way to convince her to open up, or at least I'll still like her? Or is this just wishful thinking on my part?

Respect her space. If she's not ready to tell you things, don't push it. Instead, let her know that you care and that you're stil there for her. Ensure her that you're not going anywhere and you're willing to listen no matter what. Tell her that the relationship meant something to you and it hurts to see her going through her troubles. If you give her time, space and respect, she'll open up to you. Good Luck!

Very Vaugue - try talking with her friends see if they know anything and then just be there for when she is ready to open up.

Sounds pretty vague and honestly, not very nice. Give it some time, maybe you'll meet someone who is more respectful.
