Blind faith. At least with a blind date, you can grind your teeth, get through a couple hours, walk away and never look back. Blind faith is harder to get rid of as it's usually pounded into ones head since birth.

Blind faith is the poison of the two. In a blind date, even if the couple don't "hit it off", they could possible be casual friends... and thats not bad.
With Blind faith, the "faithful" doesn't even realise they are blind, look at all the suicide bombers... who are so blinded by "faith" into harming others and oneself, while craving and greedilly grabbing for of "after life rewards", all things that are forbidden in worldly life but strangely allowed in heavenly living. Makes a person think if they did all this in Devotion to their Deity or just so they can have a life free from rules of conduct and morality...

Blind faith. You can lose a blind date by pretending to see your brother in a car with some people that your mom wouldn't really want him with and you'd love to call and tell her but you don't have your cell phone, so Brian, would you mind taking me home right now? Sorry.
Oops. You didn't need to know that much did you?

Blind date.
Blind faith is something that gives you a sense of strength. "Blind" faith is actually a good thing when Jesus spoke of it. Better is it for the man who believes without seeing. Faith is what keeps man going when all seems lost. When your faith is found in God and Jesus Christ we are able to find an even greater strength.

You can get out of a blind date in a few minutes, if you want.
Blind faith can stay with you for a lifetime.

Hopefully neither persists. God never meant for anyone to live by blind faith. He does give enough proof that faith does not remain blind.
