Your skin seems to be dehydrated. Drink plenty of water! It really does wonders for your skin and hair. What I've done when I needed good skin ASAP, was steamed my skin to open up my pores, used a exfoliating cream (something cheap and good is St. Ives apricot scrub) very gently, rinsed off with warm water, then washed my face with a very mild cleanser (nutragina (don't know if I spelled that right) face wash), and rinsed with cool water. Then use a toner to wipe away all the things that soap and water don't get out. Because your skin is so fragile, I'd just do the T-zone. Forehead chin and cheeks. Lastly and most importantly moisturize!!! I can't say it enough it is very important. Exfoliate like twice a week( no more or you'll hurt your skin). Do everything else day and night with the exception of the toner, only do so at night. Also during the day try using a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15, it'll even out your skin tone and hide some blemishes without clogging pores or feeling heavy.

Hope this helps.

I'm a Mary Kay fanatic. Try using their Velocity set which comes with the cleanser, acne treatment gel and the non-oily moisturizer all in that order, two times a day(morning and night). Ask a Mary Kay consultant about their other acne treatment product that's even stronger than the gel to wipe out those nasty blackheads. Also, when you wash your face try using only your hands without a washcloth (the rubbing motion of the washcloth can irritate your skin as goes with when you dry your face-instead PAT TO DRY with a WHITE face towel: dyes in fabrics can also irritate your skin). If you talk to a consultant ask them about showing you how to properly use the product and tell them what kind of skin problem you're having- they're bound to find you an affordable solution that can last you months!

Blackheads and other skin problems -
clean with toothpaste
Spash with water
Lemon juice is a good toner - and gets rid of many bacteria, without drying the skin as standard alcohol does.

If you have any open problems, put yogurt on it for about a minute.
You can make a facial scrub of finely ground oatmeal - yes regular oatmeal, and it's gentle on the skin but cleans very well.
No soap

Add olive oil to your diet -
and yogurt.

GOD bless us always.

Check out the Clearskin products. I used these for 10 years to clear up teenage acne-prone skin and keep it acne free.
