I'm not 100% sure what you are asking here, so if I miss answering, please clarify.

Once you are behind on payments, and the finance company either can't contact you, or you are refusing to make good on your loan, a pickup order goes out to the repossession agent. The finance company, as the legal owner of the vehicle, gives the agent permission to act as their agent, and safely secure their property so they can claim it.

Whenever and where ever we see your vehicle, we can legally take it since we are acting on behalf of the owner. The pick up order remains in effect until the vehicle is returned to the rightful owner (the finance company) or until you have contacted them and paid off the balance, at which time the order would be voided.

Yes. They can't collect at any time other than in the morning, afternoon, or night. LOLOL!!!
