I thought it was something I didn't need and I uninstalled it and now my computer's color is in like small specks together, what did I delete and how do I fix it?

Do this and it should fix it, click start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore, choose a restore point, go back to a date before you removed the thing, follow the on screen instruction.
In the future if you don't know what it is, don't remove it, ask.

did you uninstall the video driver the check right click on a blank area of the desktop click properties then click the settings tab where it says color quality it should say something like 16bit, 24bit or 32bit if it says 8 bit you only have 256 colours click on the drop down box and increase the colour depth to 32bit

Restarting your compuuter won't do much, and you probobly did not uninstall the wrong thing. First thing that I need to know is how old your computer is, then I can get back to you about it.
