Kidney infection or urinary tract infection, blood stream problems, etc etc. For 3 months, eat only from the produce section and buy only fresh, living food. Drink gentle amounts of water.
OR, you certainly could do everything exactly the same and end up with EXTREME problems in a couple of years. Either way, pick your path: Life or Death. I'll give you a moment...
...
Did you pick life? Good. Do what I say, then. Drop your current eating plans, dump junk in the trash or give it away, and buy fruits and vegetables. You may also have nuts and seeds, but only a handful a day. (A handful is a literal handful, too.) When drinking water, drink small amounts, but drink it all throughout the day and end up having had a good large amount. Don't drink water within 5 minutes of eating (before or after).
Do the right thing and be an example to others. Pissing blood is a deathly omen, not a simple little trouble. Don't let the idiotic, mistinformed and scammed doctor thugs ( : P ) try to tempt you away from a real solution. Don't throw them your money.

My son had this very thing happen, it scared him so off to the doc. After $1,000 in tests, he was diagnosed with enlarged prostate, low testosterone, but no reason for why the blood and clot which we thought was really important. We still don't have a clear answer as my son refuses to go back, he feels they should know something more for a thousand bucks, and he hasn't had any repeat of this, so I don't know, what do you do? He's just keeping an eye on things and if it happens again, I'm sure he'll go back. Good luck, I know it wasn't much help, but I'm not sure there is a clear reason.

More than likely you have a urinary tract infection, or a kidney infection. But you never know. I would make a doctors appointment immediately, before the problem gets worse.
