I chose a unisex name also for my daughter. What I did was have the unisex first name, and the more feminine middle name. Her name is Jordyn Ann (my mother and my husband's mother have that for a middle name. . .).
For Ryan (you could make it more of a girl name - and unique as well - by spelling it Rian), I think Renee would be good.
For Dylan, you could go with something like Marie, or maybe a more traditional name like Emma. I'm not much for getting "wild" with names, so I am sorry if they sound boring.
And for the opinions offered - who cares? It's what you like. It is for YOUR daughter. You get to name her - everyone else has to call her that, right???

Since your name choices are unisex (and quite cute) I'd go with a feminine middle name.
It's difficult choosing a middle named based solely upon the first name (because it may sound awkward depending upon the last name) but.....
Dylan Michelle, Alexis
Ryan Nicole, Julia
or Jennifer, Paige, Abigail, or any other "soft" sounding name.

i think ryan sabrina is cute. and dylan elise... it would help if i knew a last name... usually people try to associate the middle name with the last name. when the middle and last name have the same first letter, the name usually tends to flow/ring better. :)
