they are so overprotective!!!
how can i convince them that i am responsible enough to have one?

my dad checks the "history" on the internet and if he sees something that he doest know wut it is he makes me tell him and if i dont tell him he will check it out himself.

Xangas are not that great. Yes, your parents are being overprotective, but you should know when to pick your battles. For example, if you fight too hard to win this, you might not win something that you really want in the future.

You probably shouldnt have one until you are 15 or 16 if you even have one...But how old are you? Just listen to your parents! They know whats best for you & you will be glad when you get older that they were they way that they are now.... :) My parents were strick when I was young & now I thank them for that!

i understand why they dont want you to have one and i personally HATE things like my space and sites like that they have no point at all
but if you really want one.. tell your dad that you are smart engouh not to be tricked by a person pretending to be someone else amd that you are capable of wacthing out for yourself and making desions
