That's completely normal. I've never known an English Bull Dog to not be lazy.

Some dogs are just more lazy then others. Maybe she got used to being pined up all the time and doesn't have an interest in play either cuz she thinks she will get into trouble or is not used to it. You can keep trying and reward her when she goes outside or plays a little bit. I guess if shes not getting into trouble no harm done.

The English are naturally "reserved" and "pompous", just talk to it about cricket and the "good ol' days" when they had colonies in India and Africa, and how every other culture in the world is sub-ordinate to them. That'll cheer up the ole bloke !!

That's just the breed. My boyfriends mom has one and all she does all day is sleep and chew on her bottles.
