at night. Like Retinitis pigmentosa? Do they have socials? Or anything like that?

I doubt they have specific socials particularly for one with your condition but they are ways. My cousin is unable to drive or even live alone because he has turrets. He just had to find ways to put himself out there. Do you have supportive family members that could help you with meeting people?

Have a friend drive you. Or do your socializing during the daylight hours.
