Do what you say you're going to do. Call if you're going to be late, but make sure to call before you're late. Show the person that you love them, don't tell them that you love them. It's the little things...make them dinner, wash their car, or leave a hand written love note .

I was just reading about this last night.
Service does wonders for building trust in all types of relationships. When you serve someone, even something small like opening a door, or smiling it plants a seed that says "This person isn't so bad afterall." It doesn't have to be some grand gesture like building a house or fixing a car, although that has it's place too, but the small and simple things work wonders.

When we make ourselves transparent. Or better still go back to the time when humans were not ashamed to go naked. It is because humans wanted to be able to differentiate between right and wrong, we became ashamed to our own nakedness. But are we much clear to separate between right and wrong today?. So when we can go naked and not being ashamed about that, then, that can help build Trust between people.

I always, Yes. always . tell the truth
My dear departed Mother told me to when i was young to tell the truth
I am a trusted individual
I am told that.
That doesnt mean i will tell someone there ugly or fat or stupid.for instance.
I do not have to tell everyone everything about everything
I do have manners and civility about me
I have a right to withhold the truth,i simply do not tell a lie.
Such as wghen i am asked where i am going by police.i tell them nothing, as it is not any of there buisnness.Pure and simple, I am not being smart,I am not a child to be asked where i am going , why i am going there,or when i will get home.
That doesnt make me a lier,it makes me a man.

Reliability
Accountability
Responsibility
Honesty
Empathy
Understanding
In my job, I have to really trust my coworkers, peoples' lives depend on it, and possibly mine too. So, those are the qualities I notice, besides knowledge of job performance!

I know these aren't specific 'actions' but they are necessary for accountability in actions.

Being there when you/ they are needed, being honest with each other, supportive of each other, being a good listener, and never talking trash about each other behind the others back. Also, never play off of each others weaknesses, and never try to destroy or betray a person in any way.And always listen to BOTH sides of a story before assuming that someone is lying!

Never saying something you can't prove.
Never making promises you can't keep.
Never borrowing and not repaying.
Never borrowing without permission.
Never lying, even when it would be so much easier to lie.
Never saying anything about someone that you wouldn't say with them standing there.
Never raising your hands in anger.
Never making threats.

Can't think of any more right now.

Dammit, you want actions and I can only think of "points of view" and ways to lower your guard.

Actions would be - building something together. Giving of your time and yourself. Primarily allowing yourself to be vulnerable to the other person, incrementally.

Sacrifice. Give yourself to someone completely and truthfully and youll know what I mean. If you are willing to lay down your life for someone, I think that is where God wants us to be before we join Him.
