how to mix bleach with shampoo make your hair blonde.?

If I do this how long will it last. I have a quarter inch of hair and if I shave it bald after bleaching it, will I get my normal hair color back?

"Bleaching" hair is not just mixing household bleach with shampoo. You need to buy hair bleach....and if your hair is not colored right now, you can use a blonde box color from the drugstore. Do not use household bleach - you'll burn your skin and scalp!
Yes, your "normal color" will grow back after shaving bald. Only the hair that was on your head when you colored it will be that blonde. Hair grows half an inch per month generally, so that's how quickly it will grow out.

If you want to bleach your hair, buy some hair bleach. Don't mess with it too much on your own or you could burn your scalp.

There's shampoos that will make it stay blonde as well if that's what you're asking.

When you shave it it will return to the normal colour. I used to bleach my hair and sometimes you get hair that grows blonde for a bit then changes back.

Please tell me you are NOT talking clorox bleach (clothes bleach) - They make hair color remover for a reason -
If you use clorox , you may as well just skip the process and shave your head now . . .

I hope you are not talking about the Clorox bleach… If you want to dye your hair blonde, you need to mix equal parts of developer with peroxide and apply to your hair. You can find the products at Sally Beauty Supply stores.
