i im tall,dark and handsome and getting muscular day by day,and gonna be a docter in few years.i have been in america for 6 months and there r a lot of cultural diff.due to that culture i m a bit of shy and lack of confidence.the thing is i dont drink or smoke and my american indian frds says that i must drink if u want a girl otherwise she will think u r a little boy?what should i do abt all these things?please be serios.

If you have to ask... j/k. Do what feels right to you. I'd prefer a guy who doesn't drink. Don't change yourself just because you want to attract American girls. A lot of them aren't worth it. And a lot of them will like you for who you are. But I do recommend becoming a little less shy. That is the only thing you should work on is becoming more outgoing. You deserve a girl who is worthy of you especially if you are going to be a doctor. There are a lot of gold digging women who would jump at the fact that you are going to be a doctor. My husband is a doctor, and I married him before I ever knew he was going to become a doctor.

Of course they will. You don't have to drink to know how to have fun and shouldn't start drinking because you think that will attract women. If you are happy being who you are, then you will find someone who is happy being with you. Also, don't worry about being shy. Just be yourself, the confidence will follow. Besides, a lot of girls (myself included) think shy guys are kind of cute.

You know something, if you don't want to smoke and drink you should not do it, if a girl really likes you for you not for you being a drunk or smoker. Don't worry you will find a girl, don't let people tell you what to do or what you should do. Just be yourself, that is what girls like best from a guy.

Casual social drinking is most likely to brake ice, but if you don't drink it's ok, you could still go out to bars or lounges and drink Perrier and have a good time.
If you are not able to find girls at school or work,, then you will have to go out and socialize.
Dress well, make sure your breath doesn't smell, be confident, but no cocky. add that to being yourself- and you get your shot.

Don't you dare listen to your friends, you don't have to drink or smoke to get a girlfriend, really all you have to do, is be your smart, handsome self, so please don't ruin your future to get a girl. no way, don't drink. there's plenty of other ways of getting girls. you should just be yourself and see how it goes. it takes a while to get used to it so eventually you will be a bit more outgoing. plus it sounds like you're a good looking person. so don't worry ; )

Depends on what kind of girl you want.
Bad girls will probly like u better if you drink and whatnot.
But good girls, (like me) won't want anything to do with you.
If you don't want to drink...don't. Don't try to be something you're not.
