Are all non- stick coatings teflon? Or are there others beside this?

Not all non-stick pans are made with a teflon coating.

other non-stick cookware are made by anodizing aluminium - Calphalon brand as an example.

LeCreuset uses enamel paint... but I don't think the original intention was to make it a non-stick surface, but has some non-stick qualities.

All those are brand names for non-stick coatings:

Teflon® sprays on like a paint and bakes to a tough inert finish.

· In preparation of coating with Excalibur®, the substrate is blasted with an abrasive to roughen it. A patented stainless steel alloy is arc-sprayed onto the roughened surface. This alloy bonds to the surface providing a permanent base for the coating. Excalibur®permanently adheres to this surface.

· PTFE is spray applied and baked to achieve full polymerization.

· Xylan® is applied by HVLP or conventional spray methods.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but seasoned cast iron is non-stick.
