If you have a Trans Sport, good luck; I HATE taking these dashes apart.

1. Open glove box door and remove two philips screws at the right edge of the center console.
2. Extract one 7mm (9/32") screw from the interior fan motor cover.
3. On driver's side, extract three 7mm screws just below the steering column, one above hood release, one above diagnostics plug, and one at the left side of the center console.
4. With the three screws removed from the driver's underdash cover there is one spring clip holding it on; release it and remove the cover.
5. Release the spring clips holding the panel under the instrument cluster and remove the panel.
6. Remove four 10mm bolts holding metal steering column access panel and remove the panel.
7. Extract two 7mm screws holding the left edge of the center console which become accessible after step 6.
8. Slide center console straight outward, unplug all connectors and remove.

The radio is held in at the top with a plastic bracket held by two 7mm screws, and at the bottom with 2 bolts pointing straight down; remove 10mm nuts to free these.
