Dr. Steven Greer, and his organisation The Disclosure Project, have been trying to force this subject out into the open for several years.

Despite all the perjorative labels, kooks, nutters, and many that have already been addressed to you on this questionm, there are some very authorative and credible witnesses to the effect that there has been 'contact', and that it is being kept covered up.

I have no direct experience of contact, but have photographed a UFO, way back in the 60's, and have many friends who claim to have had 'contact'. Thus I am unable to state factually one way or the other. That the military, particularly the US and British military are keeping a lot of things that we ought to know secret from us is no secret. Why, and why we allow them to spend our money to do it, is a mystery.

It's time for the abolition of secrecy, in all it's manifestations, and let the people decide for themselves.

OH, and Roswell ? Dead right that wasn't a 'weather balloon', watch the programs that have interviewed the military guys first on the scene. They were ordered into silence, if it was just a weather balloon, then why ?

Personally, I do not think the government is hiding the existance of Aliens. I believe that the government has weapons and aircraft that are still in the Research and Development stage, and therefore are kept secret. And for the sake of national security and to ensure the US has a foot up on other weapons in development, they keep these secret.

In reguards to the "Aliens" subject, I believe that Aliens exist in some form. I find it hard to believe that of ALL the planets in the universe, earth was the only one to have spawned life. Weather it is intelegent life in the way people think of it, no one knows, maybe we never will, but I believe that there is something, maybe as simple as bacteria, maybe a species far advanced, but i do not believe that they have visitied our planet, and i do not believe that the Government is hiding such facts.

I do not beleive in this. I beleive in intelligent life outside our solar system, but I do not believe they have been here. Although, area 51 is questionable.
