i got a call from the police today for something i didnt do, can someone please tell me what to do to cheer me up? PLEASE, im so upset at the moment and so scared! please!

Hello,
I think someone is having a go at you and winding you up, if the cops are going to accuse you of a crime, they will come to your address and arrest you and read you your rights as they bundle you into their police car.
I don't think you have anything to worry about at all, and if you have broken the law, they will still knock your door rather than phone you, and because you have the right to remain silent accept this advice as very good advice, and say nothing until the lawyer is in the interview room with you and the cops, and that is your statutory right, so say NOTHING... but do try to find out who is pulling your leg, and reciprocate accordingly, so have fun and keep it legal, @Bye .....Tony M

If the police are going to accuse you of something, they don't phone, they find you physically. If they call and ask you questions, it's usually to do with someone else.
Either this isn't true, or you didn't listen to what they said. Or your guilty conscience is playing tricks on you.

How do you know it was the police ? More likely just some idiot fooling around. Don't sweat it as if it was the police they would have paid you a visit.

They called you? well around here they just come to your door and arrest you.. so, maybe it was someones practical joke.
