The best way to figure the value is to see what they are actually selling for. I provided two links below where you can do a site search in the shotguns catagory. Narrow your search to the manufacturer and model number, and if none are found check back every so often till you can get a feel for the actual value.

There are also books which provide a value, but real value is what someone will pay for it, ... not necessarily what a book might call out. Hope the sites help.

Good luck, Shawn,
I have 3 Ithaca doubles, been in the family for years. Have tried dealers, Ithaca Gun, internet, to get values, safety, any specific info on these field grades in fine, used shape. Answers ranged from; unsafe, use low brass ammo only, nice keepsake, to "beautiful guns, find the right buyer". Hope I haven't been too much of a downer, but that's my story. I'll be watching for a more positive reply. Good luck. Sorry... forgot your orig. question. To me, wouldn't think of selling less than $500 each. Would pay $200 or so for any similar, in any shape. Really want a 20 guage to fill a matched set. Would swap a 12.
