Red Spots?

I have red spots...slightly scaly on the underside of my hand, on the tops of my hands and at the elbow area...the spots get red and itcy...I also have flaking skin near my eyes and the redness is present on my neck-I think its eczema? but what can I do to relieve the redness/itching and heal it?

Sounds like exzema or psoriasis. My sons and husband have exzema and it's tough to treat. See a dermatologist for prescription ointments. You'll probably need to see your family doctor first and if he/she can't give you a prescription they can give you a referral.
