They are easy to manipulate right? Only do what they are told, right?

What do you think?

None of the things you mention are negative traits. Usually any negative traits a dog has are the result of human action in bad breeding, mistreatment, lack of training, etc.

Man you got another thing comin... only do what they are told?? lol not likely unless you as the trainer are skilled enough to make them think that what you are making them do IS what they want to do. They are not easy to manipulate.. in fact half the population is really manipulated by their dogs and not vice versa. I think you dont know much about dogs... if you did you wouldnt be asking this question. Also each dog is an individual and so each one has their own positive and negative traits.. unique unto them. You want to talk easy to manipulate... well humans fit that description far better than dogs.

I don't consider being trustworthy and loyal to be negative traits in a dog or in a person. And I don't really see any negative traits in dogs that aren't put there by human training or neglect.
