I have a HP Photosmart 620, and everytime I try to unload my photos, it shows that the program is running, but it never shows up. Even after I close all my other programs, it never shows up. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or do you know of an alternative way to get my pictures downloaded to my computer? Thanks.

I not familiar with the HP software, but an alternative way to transfer the pictures to your computer would be to use a card reader. These are relatively inexpensive - and has a side benefit of not running down your camera's batteries.

just remove you sd card and insert to card reader and then insert to you pc.
