there was no owners manual included with the car when I purchased it from the dealership and I would like to be able to change the time withoput having to wait to order a manual.

It is pretty easy, it is the same for all chrysler models of this time. Look to the left side of the radio and there should be two small, pen size little indents and one says "H" and the other says "M". Take a pen tip and push in each one according to the time. You shouldnt have to press very hard. Good luck!!

It should be in your new car manual, which should be in your glovebox! If not contact the dealership you purchased from and request one.
