okay there's this guy who im really attracted to who comes to my freind's house every weekend and i was wondering should i stay there while he's there and sneak into his bed in the middle of the night but im kinda afraid he'll reject me should i let him know before everybody goes to bed that i wanna have fun with him or just surprise him??

Ha.. that is kind of cute.
However, you should REALLY find out if he does like you. Some girl did something similar to my best guy friend and he freaked out. He let her sleep with him but there was no cuddling, kissing, etc and I think she felt really awk after.

Tell him first.
While I was in college some heifer tought she woiuld surprise me by waiting for me in my bed. See started to cry when I threw her behind out and she had to leave the room infront of everyone else.

um i would talk to him and get to know him first and if he flirts then its a good sign but Hun i think maybe you need to wait cus your idea is coming off a little needy and desperate
so wait and flirt with him for a while go out on dates make him have respect for you first before you sleep with him that way he will have the chance to get to know you and like you for you and not your bod
i also think its a good idea to wait till your married but that's just my oppinion and your ideas are great to

Definitely tell him ahead of time. If he's not into you, it'll be infinitely better for everyone if that gets cleared up before you make yourself so vulnerable.
