i think you answered your own question if you really don't want to talk to her. why does it matter now what went wrong. if you don't want to talk to her then don't.

I think talking to her or writing her a note is a good idea. Maybe there was a misunderstanding or something more that you're not aware of. At best, at least you'll know. If it's something you did or said that can't be repaired, just use the knowledge of what you did to better yourself to make sure you don't make that same mistake again.

You should ask, it may help with a future relationship. Did you post the question so you wouldn't have to ask in person? Good idea, make sure you are able to let go too.

how are we supposed to answer your questions if wedont know even the smallest portion of the problem?! oh well, my advice if u dont know something, and you want to know it, do something about it. you'll be very surprised by the out come.
