if kity's fur is shaggy, slightly longish, very soft with shaggy ruff and a lionine mane around the head, and a big huge bushy tail like a raccoon, the kitty is probably a maine coon mix kitty. they are quite common and the sylvester cat look is beautiful. does your kitty play fetch and catch with you and try to make you the center of the playground?? my maine coon mix does--they are very personable and social kitties. i would love to see a good pic of kitty so i could see what she really looks like.

Can you post a picture? Or maybe describe it?
If its the cat in your avatar, I would guess a Domestic Long Hair.

Most cats are listed as Domestic Short/Medium/Long Hair, which basically means mixed breed domestic cat.

It may not be a breed at all. Most people have the basic house cat (domestic short hair or domestic long hair).
