You could do a few face framing white blonde high lights- make sure to condition well. But you also could get some golden blonde "low lights" at the crown of your head- for depth. Whatever you do- don't do mono colour of blonde- it washes you out.

Get a creamy brown or red. But make them very discreate it will look more natural that way, or leave the top blonde and dye the under part a dark blonde or brown!!

Hmmm a blonde colour lighter/darker than your blonde hair colour?

It seems you have lovely light blonde hair as it is, and thats what most people want! Be happy with what you have and don't go damaging you hair x

Strawberry and/or light brown highlights. And even bleach highlights would be fine. You should get them all.

I would not get highlights. Get lowlights in some shade of red.
