Instead of an egg wash to dip your chicken in, use ranch dressing. Dip in bread crumbs and fry as normal.

Crunchy Ranch Chicken Fingers:

An easy appetizer or part of a meal. Try using other dressings for a different taste, use cilantro instead of parsley or add some chili powder for an extra zing.

1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon water
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

1. Combine cornflake crumbs and parsley.
2. Combine dressing and water in another bowl.
3. Dip chicken into dressing mixture.
4. Cover with cornflake mixture.
5. Place on lightly sprayed non stick pan.
6. Bake 8 minutes or until tender in a 425 degree oven.

try coating the chicken with the powdered version of the Ranch dressing, then proceed with a dip in an egg/milk blend, flour then let sit for a few minutes before frying.
