Lay on the floor on your back with your butt up against the wall and your legs pointing up, then let gravity take over and pull your legs down to each side toward the floor.

You can also work out with a buddy. sit facing each other on the floor with you legs spread as wide as you can. Your buddy places the soles of his feet against your inner ankles. Clasp wrists with your buddy and let him pull you forward. Take turns stretching each other out.
