Many good things ! You would die without proper water intake. Besides keeping the kidneys and bladder working normally,it help keep the body hydrated, balances blood volume, helps the digestive system to metabolize food intake and move food along, keeps blood pressure normal, keeps skin and eyes and respiratory system working well etc.Mentally it would be the same as the rest of the body, every cell in the body relies on water and fluid intake.Take care. Water restores true balance to the body. The original negotiator of what is needed to keep the tissues organs and bones properly functioning. The relationship of water to our body is same as engine to oil. No substitute exists.

Did you know that we are something like 90% water. I know that water is necessary to flush our systems of toxins. Without water our organs would shrivel. Sounds painful.
Mentally? Cant think with a shriveled brain I guess. :)

That's a good question. I want to know the answer as well.
Physically It keeps your body pure and toxin free.
Mentally, I think it allows you to concentrate and think better because it stops the fat from building up in your brain.

our bodies are mostly water, so drinking enough water keeps us healthy. it flushes poisons out of our tissues and makes sure our excretory system and digestive system are working well. being healthy would do more for you mentally than directly as a result of drinking water.
