yes try it in your cereal I have been for years after the the hair loss and blurred vision pass it is all good.

i'm guessing that you're asking about the paint, itself. if that's your concern then you should know that the paint balls are 100% vegetable based liquid in a biodegradable glycerin based casing.

it won't hurt you if you ingest some of it. it is basically vegetable oil with food coloring in it. the shell is a water soluable gelatin. it tastes nasty but it will not hurt you. well unless someone shoots it at you then it stings pretty badly.
