My right hand especially tomb, also right arm's lower part feel pain and unpleasant tierdness constantly... We had bowling yesterday, but we have it very often and I never had such pain awter that. I feel like some nerve is hurt and that is the reason. But I didn't hurt my hand yesterday.
Is it because of bowling or is it something more serious?

Did you change the weight of the ball you selected? Did you select a different size grip (hole diameter) for your ball this time? Also, did you bowl significantly more lines (say 50%) this time than normal? My point is ....did you do anything differently or in excess of what you normally do? Also, if you increased the velocity of your throw that could have caused an over extension of the tendons in your hand which would manifest itself in pain even to the point of not being able to push buttons. At this point I would try alternating heating pad and ice pack for a couple of hours (20 minutes each). If the pain continues without any decrease in its intensity you might want to consult your physician. Good luck.

You asked this before telling us you didn't know what was wrong and that you could not move your arm or hand. If you cannot deduce that bowling is the reason you are in pain today, then we cannot help you further. This is not uncommon after bowling. And you state your hand is "especially tomb." What? A "tomb" is a grave site. Soak your hand (and try your head too).
