If your neck is really just stiff, I'd say try the massage therapist.
If you think that this is a result of an injury or trauma, then see the chiropractor first.

Start out with a chiropractor & get x-rays & see what he has to say & then get massages from time to time but keep seeing the chiropractic.
I do for my neck & it REALLY helps a lot !

A chriroprator. It may just be a pulled muscle or you may need an adjustment. Either way I think that a doctor is the way to go.

Actually I would recommend both. Ideally a chiropracter that does both.
